Case Study: Turning Warrior Women CIC Into a Corporate Powerhouse

Client: Dr Georgie Capone, Founder of Warrior Women CIC

Project: Full Corporate Sales Page for Workplace Wellbeing Workshops

The Challenge

Warrior Women CIC is known for transformational, trauma-aware workshops that help women reconnect with their bodies, confidence and power.

It’s meaningful. It’s grounded in psychology. It changes people.

But when it came to pitching those workshops to corporate organisations, Georgie knew she needed something different, something with impact.

She needed a way to speak to HR teams, people managers and wellbeing leads in a language they instantly understood. The kind of people who buy outcomes, retention, reduced burnout and culture change, not just feelings.

She had the expertise and the offer.

She just needed the words.

“When we met, I loved your style, humour and the way you talked about what we could do with the write-up for corporates.”

What Warrior Women Needed

This wasn’t just a case of “make it sound nice”.

Georgie needed:

  • a bold, confident sales page
  • written in Warrior Women’s authentic voice
  • framed around corporate priorities
  • rooted in psychology
  • and powerful enough to stand out from the beige wellbeing market

And as a therapist, she knew exactly what her workshops could do. But translating trauma-aware, embodied work into corporate-speak?

Not exactly her area of expertise.

My Approach

We sat down over coffee and mapped out:

  • the purpose of each workshop
  • the impact on team connection and culture
  • the emotional outcomes
  • the measurable business outcomes
  • and the values that sit at the centre of the Warrior Women ethos

From there, I developed a complete corporate-ready sales page structure, designed to guide busy decision-makers from “What is this?” to “We need this”.

Together, we built clear messaging around embodied leadership, resilience, burnout prevention and psychological safety.

The heart stayed the same. The language became sharper, clearer and business-aligned.

“Putting words to what I can offer, and understanding how to communicate it to corporates, has been so helpful. Being a therapist, it isn’t always a strong point for me.”

The Work

I wrote a full, long-form sales page featuring:

  • a hook that speaks directly to workplace pain points

  • a mirror-moment showing why previous wellbeing attempts haven’t stuck

  • a strong value proposition tied to embodied experience

  • a clear business case

  • a credibility section grounded in Georgie’s clinical background

  • a step-by-step ‘How it Works’ section

  • a menu of bookable workshops with outcomes

  • an explanation of the long-term benefits

  • recommended testimonial placement and CTA (Call To Action) strategy

  • plus optional FAQs to overcome hesitation

Everything was shaped to feel bold, human and utterly true to the Warrior Women voice.

The Outcome

When Georgie read the final version, she immediately recognised herself and her project in every line. No corporate beige. No watered-down wellness wooliness. Just a powerful, psychologically grounded sales page with real bite.

Her words say it best:

“I think you really got a handle on my voice when we talked through the corporate content. I felt really seen and heard in the material you put together.”

And:

“I really enjoyed reading what you’d written. It was informative but a bold and entertaining read. Being bold is a favoured characteristic of mine.”

Most importantly, she now has a polished corporate page she can confidently send to HR teams, wellbeing leaders and potential partners. A page that speaks to both the heart of the Warrior Women Project and the outcomes businesses invest in.

“You really considered the value and ethos of our project. It was reflected in the write-up. Thank you so much for your support.”

The Results

Warrior Women CIC walked away with:

  • A strategic, corporate-ready sales page aligned with business needs

  • Messaging that connects therapeutic practice to measurable outcomes

  • A clear framework for selling workshops into workplaces

  • A strong brand voice that feels bold, grounded and unmistakably Georgie

  • A reusable asset for proposals, outreach, partnerships and wellbeing enquiries
