Sandy and Mick are experienced travellers. They know how to plan a holiday.
But for their recent trips, they chose to work with Bridget at World Class Adventures. Here’s why.
Bridget plans tailor-made holidays for people who want more than a standard package.
Think meaningful experiences, smooth logistics, and the reassurance of having one person looking after every detail.
Whether you’re travelling solo, as a couple, or with family and friends, Bridget will build a trip around your pace, comfort, and priorities.
As an independent, she’s not tied to one tour operator. She’ll compare options, sense-check the details, and design an itinerary that feels effortless from start to finish.
What sets her apart isn’t just her expertise or network (though she has both). It’s how deeply she listens, how carefully she personalises, and how quickly she steps in when something goes wrong.
Sandy and Mick are seasoned travellers. By most people’s standards, they’ve been to a lot of places.
They used to book everything themselves: flights, hotels, transfers, excursions, everything. And they were confident DIY travellers.
Their last trip pre COVID-19 was a complex three week exploration of Cambodia and Vietnam that they had booked independently. The trip was a big financial investment and fortunately they had no problems, but it occurred to them that if anything had gone wrong, they would have been on their own, with no support and little expertise as a safety net.
That's when they decided to hand things over to a professional.
Sandy had met Bridget socially and got chatting about what she did. It was clear that travel was her thing and she was very knowledgeable. But what really tipped the balance was Bridget’s understanding of the details that most people don’t realise are important:
For their next trip, a golf holiday in Spain, they initially tried to organise it themselves, but after starting to research it, they decided to consult Bridget, because “Why wouldn’t we ask someone who does this for a living?”
The experience was so good, they haven’t looked back.
Since that first booking, Bridget has organised:
Each time, the process was collaborative and flexible, saving them hours of research.
Bridget would put together an initial itinerary, then happily tweak it based on what mattered most, to make sure the experience was just right.
No locked-in, rigid packages, no “computer says no” moments, just open, meaningful conversations.
On a trip to New Zealand, Sandy and Mick arrived for a train trip to discover that the staff couldn’t find their booking.
With rising stress levels, they called Bridget. Despite the time difference, she was available. The phone was handed to the train staff and the problem was solved, in minutes.
That one experience confirmed they’d put their trust in the right person.
As Mick put it, that kind of support simply wouldn’t have been available from a high-street travel agent or call centre.
The more they worked together, the more Bridget learned about what Sandy and Mick like and just as importantly, what they think they like.
For their trip to the Caribbean, the couple were adamant that they didn’t want all-inclusive. Bridget couldn’t find a solution that ticked every box, but she trusted her instincts and what she knew about their previous experiences, suggesting an option she thought they’d love, even though it broke one of their original rules.
She was right - and it ended up being a better fit than what they’d originally asked for.
That level of personal insight only comes from listening, remembering details and genuinely caring about the outcome.
The thoughtful extras that Bridget has provided for Sandy and Mick really stand out in their minds:
One of the biggest misconceptions Sandy and Mick hear when they recommend Bridget is:
“How much does she charge?”
Bridget doesn’t charge a separate fee, which surprises most people.
And in many cases, the trips she books don’t work out any more expensive than booking yourself, especially when you factor in better connections, smarter timings and far less stress. Not to mention the hours spent on research.
As Sandy says, it’s not really about cheaper vs more expensive, it’s about value vs risk.
Sandy and Mick have booked multiple trips with Bridget and continue to do so.
They recommend her regularly, and friends have gone on to book through her.
In their words, “the proof is in the pudding”.
They would recommend her without any hesitation. And they do, often.
Bridget’s clients don’t just get great holidays. They get peace of mind.
